Where do you ship from?

We ship from Florida, USA.

Where do you ship to?

Most of our customers are in North America. But we can ship to customers all around the world. Just email us at info@LuckyEyesOnline.com for an estimate shipping cost.

How do you ship and what are the rates?

United States Postal Service (USPS) is our default shipping method. If the destination address is within USA you can choose:

FREE First Class, it takes an AVERAGE of 2 weeks depending on the volume of paid shipping orders
Regular Mail for $3.99, it takes an AVERAGE of 3/5 business days, without guarantee
Priority Mail for $6.35, it takes an AVERAGE of 2/3 business days, without guarantee
Express Mail for $20.05. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST will be shipped out the same day and is OVERNIGHT in most areas

To Canada we use USPS Priority Mail for $18.05. It takes an AVERAGE of 6 business days, without guarantee.

For International delivery, we use Global Express Mail for $35.00. Below, is the list of countries that are eligible for that service. For other countries, please email to info@LuckyEyesOnline.com.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed Monday thru Friday by 5:00 pm Eastern time are shipped in 1/2 business day. If you need your order to be shipped the same day, please contact us at 1-954-873-0530 before you place the order.

If you choose Priority Mail you will get your items in a AVERAGE of 2-3 business days.

With First Class service you will get your items in a AVERAGE 3-5 business days.

With Domestic Express Mail service you will get your purchase by 3:00 pm of next day (for some states also could be by noon), including weekend and holidays. This is the ONLY service that the USPS guarantee the delivery date.

For International orders, it takes an AVERAGE of 4-7 business days.

Return Policy

Every item is checked for quality before shipment. Your satisfaction is our priority

However, if by chance you receive any articles not meeting your expectations, please email us within 10 days of receipt of your order, and we will authorize return. Once you receive the authorization for the return, you should send back the items within 3 business days of received this authorization.

If the reason for return was that the article was defective, we will pay return shipping. According to your instructions, on receipt of the returned item, we will replace it or credit your credit card. In other way, the cost of shipping will be paid by you, it has to be send with USPS Priority Mail with insurance and we will charge $5.00 for restocking fees.
